The job hunting process is totally broken. Job postings get spammed with (often AI) applications. Recruiters get swamped, and use more AI tools to filter or just stop posting at all. 

 

And you! You who just want to find a great place to do your best work - you become a casualty of this bonkers war of attrition. 

 

I want to try to fix this. 

 

Who am I? 

 

I’ve been a recruiter in tech for 10+ years. Found jobs for hundreds of people, rejected thousands more. Most recently I’ve built GringoJobs which helps LatAm talent find US jobs remotely. 

 

I’ve always worked for the companies hiring. But I want to work for you. 

 

Here is my philosophy. 

 

Don’t do it alone

 

Job hunting is a uniquely grueling and lonely process. You might feel the shame of being unemployed, along with the constant rejections, and the need to pull yourself back together and put a smile on your face for the next interview. It's exhausting. And it's much easier to do it with another person by your side. 

 

Think like a professional

 

Some people “fall in love” with a job, maybe imagine themselves working there, and get heartbroken if rejected.  That’s not how we operate here. We’re professionals. We think in terms of pipeline, opportunities, closed win/loss. We also use all the tools (Business intelligence, leads, email finders…) because they help us do our job better. 

 

Actually Stand Out

 

Fundamentally, you need to get noticed in this new world of job hunting. You have to do things that AI can’t replicate, things that make you unique. Having a relevant resume is not enough. I’ll help you get there.
